Couples therapy:
We follow a dialogic approach and, together, we make space for generative conversations to happen. We make sense of the difficulties in the relationship and gain awareness of our ways of being in the relationship. We work at building a relationship that works for both members of the couple, in which both members and the couple can grow.
Individual therapy:
I can help with individual well-being, anxiety, depression, couple’s relationships, sexuality, happiness and fulfillment in life.
Group therapy:
